Hi, I rent in Cross St in Kettering from you guys. I rang last week with a few small matters that needed looking at in my property and had a nightmare over the weekend with a dodgy door handle and it’s door frame! You got back to me very promptly after my initial call, the handy man came to look at the issues on the next working day after a bank holiday weekend and the day after that everything, including the door frame, were fixed. Sheila and her team are very prompt in answering all of our questions (I work a lot during the day so our main form of communication was e-mail), on moving day all relevant paperwork was ready for us prepared in a professional manner. This being the our first move, we have nothing to benchmark against but Ashan Property certainly set the standard. Outstanding company!! In 2009, I moved my aging mother to the USA and needed to rent out her house. The Ashan folks came by, made specific recommendations as to what needed to be fixed up to rent the property, and recommended an appropriate rate to expect. After some fairly extensive redecorating arranged by Ashan, the place looked brand new and was successfully rented out in Jan 2010. My first experience of Ashan was in June 2011 when – after they had been highly recommended to me by another local landlord – they gave me excellent advice and support while I was deciding which letting agency to use in another part of the country. Despite the fact that Ashan knew they would gain no financial benefit from the time they spent doing this, their customer service towards me was first rate. In my experience it is a rare thing for companies to give their time in this way.Since that time it became necessary for me to use a letting agency in Kettering and I didn’t hesitate to ask Ashan to look after my property. I was delighted at how quickly they arranged many viewings from suitable potential tenants and within a week of instructing Ashan to market the property we had found a lovely family, who have subsequently since moved in with no problems encountered in the process.
